Vegetable Biryani || How to Cook ||

wet rice, chee, dalda, oil,green chilli,ginger garlic paster,garam masala,red chilli powder , turmaric powder , cumin seeds, mints leaves,coriander leaver, kasturi leef, coconut paste, curry leaves , chopped onion, carrot , beens, salt, chopped potatos,
peanut paste , green piece, biryani masala……
briyani masala , oil , green chilli , chopped onion , chopped potatos , ginger garlic paste , chopped tomato , salts , red chilli powder , garam masala , rice , coriander leaves , chopped carrot , mint leaves….
soak rice for at least 10 minutes. Drain the water and set aside
chop all the veggies and mint
making veg biryani
Add oil to pressure cooking and heat it
Add spices and fry till you get A nice aroma for one to 2 minutes fry onions untill
golden Add ginger vegetables fry for abouts 2 minutes.
Add mint leaves biryani masala and saute for 2 more minutes
measure and pour water or coconuts milks salt and lemon juices
when the water begins to bail, add rice and sir
close the lid and let the cooker whistle once on a law flame off the stove and when
the pressure goes down open the lid and fluff up
serve veg biryani with raita
